When I was an intern at Studio Engarde, on of my assignments was BE.WONEN. BE.Wonen is a real estate broker that aims to help underprivileged/capital less powerful families to obtain an affordable home. The developer was founded on the basis of community, well-being, quality and social. They asked Studio Engarde to design a logo with a business card, letterhead and house style. The house style didn’t had to be high-end, but it was also not appropriate to create a premium quality logo. So it needed to be fairly 'basic' and we also got 'carte blanche' for the design and color palette.
